Meet our Property Management/Building Services Staff
Jessica Trzynka, Property Administrator
Jessica has been with F.I. Salter for over three years working as the Property
Administrator. She is extensively trained in Yardi Property Management Software,
the number one Property Management Software in the Country. Jessica also
prepares proposals and estimates for property management and building services.

Steve McDonald, Chief Engineer
Steve has 13 years experience in building maintenance and five years as a
maintenance mechanic. Steve also has his certifications in facility management
and HVAC systems from WITC Superior. Steve holds his universal certification
in refrigeration.
Bruce Asperheim, Building Engineer
Bruce has 12 years of experience in building maintenance with F.I. Salter and
assists the Chief Engineer in basic maintenance of the HVAC systems and the
general maintenance duties in the building.
Troy Merritt, Building Maintenance
Troy has 13 years experience in building and property maintenance.
He is primarily responsible for light general maintenance of our commercial
properties which includes painting, light carpentry, HVAC filter changes,
installation of signage, and other general maintenance for our buildings also
including snow and ice removal, lawn care and landscaping. Troy is diligent,
responsible and works the flexible hours needed for 24/7 on-call services.
Kenny Simmons, Building Maintenance
Kenny has 6 years experience in building and property maintenance.
He is primarily responsible for light general maintenance of our commercial
